I had trouble placing the order online and when I emailed Treetime they answered me promptly. I received the tree at the time it was supposed to be delivered, the box was in perfect condition. We put the tree up today and it's exactly what I expected. No problems at all.

Picked a 9' tree which looks incredibly realistic. Delivery was efficient, as was assembly.

It was easy to navigate the website and pick which tree I wanted. The tree is absolutely beautiful, better than I expected. I hope this tree also lasts longer than expected because it would hurt to have to get a new one, I love this tree so much.

I have bought artificial trees from 2 of the other national brands of trees and either sent them back or used one year and sold them. This tree is absolutely gorgeous!! I wish I could include a picture!

I had purchased a tree from Balsam Hill but wasn’t satisfied with it. It didn’t feel Christmasy in its lighting and design. Though BH is more widely marketed, I found TreeTime through a Google search for realistic trees. I ordered a Western Balsam, even though I’ve always been a Frasier lover. I could not be happier with the beauty and realism of this tree! I combined it with Frasier scent and people thought it was real all season long. Guests would go over and smell it and touch the needles, without ever realizing it wasn’t real. It was EXACTLY what I wanted. Thank you!!!

You had the tree I wanted - branches in & out, so I could put ornaments exactly where I wanted them. So easy to put together and just a beautiful tree. And it arrived on time. Thank you!

Right out of the box I was skeptical. But after some fluffing it has to be one of the most realistic artificial trees we have had! It has spaces from branch to branch which allows for our larger ornaments to hang nicely. Love the ability to control the lights and not just color but twinkle and brightness too!

The tree I purchased is as shown. It looks real or as real as fake can be. Shipping was quick. I had my tree within two days after ordering. I would definitely order from Tree Time again.

My tree arrived even before I thought it would. It was easy to put together and it looks exactly as the picture online. My favorite thing is being able to change the lights from white to color, or both, or twinkling or blinking with a controller. It looks like a "Hallmark" movie Christmas tree to me. It is very realistic looking. I love it.
